The staff was friendly and cute.
The bed was made of two singles pushed together, leading to an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement that ruined our rest. We spent the night tossing and turning, waking up tired and disappointed, which overshadowed any positive aspects of our visit.

We loved the beautiful garden view from our room. The kids had a blast playing table tennis at the hotel, a fun plus. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
In my wife's opinion, the rooms need updating to better suit families.

Relaxing in a fine setting, the large bath in our room offered beautiful views. Mark's attentive hospitality at breakfast, complete with the best scrambled eggs I've had, enhanced the experience. The peaceful pool, ideally situated in the Exmoor countryside, provided a perfect retreat after a day exploring local pubs.

The Beautiful King Room was pretty sweet! The bed was comfortable and the views from the window were fine. The room was spacious and clean, really nice vibe. Good size bath too. Only downside was that the restaurant wasn't open for dinner, but no biggie. An enjoyable stay!

We had an absolute blast enjoying the lovely pool and chilling in the beautiful Exmoor countryside. The breakfast was great, setting us up for the day. The friendly staff rolled out the welcome mat!
The bathroom situation was quite dodgy-exposed window meant no washing without feeling like a reality show. Plus, the double bed was two singles in disguise, not cool.

Charming Stay with Really good Dining
The detailed decor added to its romantic vibe, and the dinner was a highlight with an excellent menu and inviting wines. It was a little tricky to find, but once we arrived, the friendly staff was nice. One area to improve would be better signage leading to the hotel.

We absolutely loved our weekend break! The lovely pool was just perfect for relaxing, and I enjoyed a magical massage while my partner tried the steam room. The only hiccup was the shower took a while to warm up, but it didn't spoil our time—definitely check it out! ☀️
